20, 20, 20
A new all-round fitness, tone, core and stretching class – 20 minutes aerobics, 20 minutes toning, 20 minutes abs/core/stretching.

Aqua aerobics
Continuous movement in the water using aqua-fit equipment shape and tone your body whilst keeping your heart rate up. This class develops cardiovascular endurance and works your muscles without punishing your joints.

Body conditioning
A high-tempo, dynamic, body-conditioning class using various equipment including dumbbells, barbells, steps, mats and resistance bands. This class tones all muscle groups, increases cardiovascular endurance and improves bone density through weight-bearing exercise.

Body combat / Totally Shredded
This is an empowering, totally-unleashed cardio workout. It draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. It tones and shapes whilst increasing strength, confidence and cv endurance.

Body pump
This is a barbell class designed to sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Focusing on low weight loads and high repetitions of squats, presses, lifts and curls, you burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle.

Bootcamp and Bootcamp (HIIT)
Bootcamp and Bootcamp HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) This is a fun and intense way to get fit fast! Bootcamp mixes up a range of different body-weight exercises to help you lose weight and increase stamina.

Fat burn
This is a fun and intense way to get fit fast! Fat burn mixes up a range of different body-weight exercises to help you lose weight and increase stamina.

Indoor cycling
A high-energy, stationary-bike work out, enhancing cv endurance and muscular strength. Adjust your own resistance level and focus on your cadence, gradient, tension and body position. Suited to all fitness levels.

Kettlebells
This is a strength and endurance building class ideal for weight loss. Movements such as the ‘swing’, ‘clean-and-jerk’ and ‘snatch’ help to build strength in the lower back, legs and shoulders as well as increasing grip strength.

Kettlebells & abs
This is a shorter, more intense and ab-focussed kettlebells class.

Line dancing
Line dancing is a fun and social way of exercising – and a great way to keep fit. Dancing in lines means there’s no need for partners, and anyone can do it. Steps are only mildly energetic and easy to learn. This class uses mainly Country and Western music, but listen out for the odd popular track thrown in. YeeHaw!

Pilates
Pilates focuses on building strength without building muscle mass and developing both mental and physical fitness. This class increases flexibility, develops leaner muscles and improves posture and coordination which combine to increase overall strength.

Quick abs
A 15 minute ‘workshop style’ technique booster for members.

Stretch and tone
A mind and body class using aspects of Pilates, Yoga, and Tai Chi. This class improves core stability, postural alignment and flexibility as well as lengthening muscles. Suitable for all ages and abilities, it can also help with injury rehabilitation.

Total abs
This class is not designed to give you a six pack but rather to train all muscles around the core and torso. Classes vary each time but can involve floor work, core ball work, medicine balls and weights, and some simple stretching.

Yoga FFY (Freestyle Fitness Yoga)
FFY is a fitness program for both men and women of mixed abilities. Freestyle Yoga classes incorporate Stretch, Strength & Yoga postures. Every element of FFY is validated from a fitness perspective. Anyone taking part in a FFY class can expect to improve their strength and flexibility, seeing the benefits within 8 weeks.

Zumba
Zumba is all about the party! It combines traditional Latin dance moves from salsa, mambo, cha-cha, cumbia and meringue with hip-hop and belly dancing. This class enhances cv endurance as well as muscular tone, it’s fun and sociable and for all abilities.

Zumba toning
Dance Aerobics is a fun exercise workout for both men and women of mixed abilities. The aerobic movements and steps are based on simple dance steps that are gradually built up throughout the session to create a fun and funky calories burning workout. This one hour group fitness class includes cardiovascular, body conditioning and flexibility training.
